Ever wish you could make a meatloaf that wouldn't leave leftovers? Here's a recipe that will WOW your family. I'm not lying! Even Peanut will clean her plate and she doesn't eat anything!
Sauce: 8 oz can of tomato sauce
1/2 c brown sugar
1 t mustard (the kind you put on hotdogs and hamburgers)
Mix ingredients and set 1/2 of it aside
Loaf: 1/2 sauce mix
2 lbs hamburger
1/2 c Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1 medium onion-chopped (I don't like onions so I usually leave them out but some people love them)
2 eggs
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
Mix ingredients together. Make loaf. Make a small crater down the center of your loaf for sauce. Pour remaining sauce over loaf.
Bake at 325 for 2 hrs.

LOL at Susie...
This sounds yummy. I made a similar meatloaf recently and it was, in my opinion, one of my best ones. What I did differently was put chopped up green peppers and I used Chili sauce on top instead of the sauce mixture.
For those, like me, who have never used Chili sauce...it's like ketchup only thicker, bolder flavor. I don't think it has anything to do with chilies but I'm probably wrong.
Yes Susie, you have to. And I don't want to hear any whining or you'll be grounded for a WEEK!
Cindy, my momma put green pepper in meatloaf when she had one. Makes it good!!!
Leslee, I left a comment about the quilt on my post for you. You get first dibs!
I have also heard that if you substitue Ritz crackers for the bread it makes a great meatloaf but I haven't actually tried that one yet. This one sounds pretty yummy, though!
