Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

Happy Anniversary to Me!

Well, what do you know. I made it a whole year on this crazy blog train. So, in lieu of a real post I'm just going to highlight some of my better (in my opinion and really, who's opinion matters here?) post.

I began this blog on July 29th, 2005.

In August I posted about old friends, my love affair with Thunderstorms and falling in love with the book Pride and Prejudice.

September brought dance lessons for Peanut and me a little hunting going at work and some enlightenment from Peanut.

October came a slew of weddings an Elvis siting and my acceptance into RevGalBlogPals web ring and that was in just the first four days! Peanut had some interesting wisdom and other conversations with various family members. I also wrote a little poem.

November I posted the cutest tooth fairy and a short story that I've been playing around with.

In December I learned that I've been weighing myself all wrong. I also got to "remember" some funny memories. Peanut got proposed to and that about sums up that month.

The new year brought with it a sock thief and her name is Dr. Peanut and the pictures prove it!

In February I took a stroll down memory lane. But more excitedly, I began the Friday Caption Contest. I visited the Grand Canyon, Manhattan, Paris, and Italy in ONE day! Oh, and I lost my eye.

March was a little safer for me, but not for these two idiots.

In April Peanut and I had an interesting conversation.

Then she took us to school in May and she taught us all about penguins, sharks, monkeys, ducks and bunnies. I also started a new blog full of flowers that month.

In June, Peanut was involved in a high speed chase and we had our first dance recital.

Ok, so there was more stuff in the last year then these 32 post, but these were just my favorites. I hope you all are having a great weekend!

The Scoop

Ok, here's the dill-e-o, my blogger anniversary is this weekend so I'm putting together a year end post. Don't get your hopes up, it's not that great. But, because of that I don't have any other time to talk about what's going on in my life (um, as if there was anything in my life to talk about right now...). But, because I have site meters I know that there are a few of you that check out my site every day or so and I don't want to leave you hanging to here's a funny picture to tide you over until the other post is finished. Put your clever caption in the comment section and make us all laugh!

Mystery #3

Two men go into a cafe. They order exactly the same soda. The first man drinks his soda quickly and leaves. The second man drinks his soda slowly (over a number of hours). The second man dies. What happened?

Mystery #2

A man lives on the twelfth floor of an apartment building. Every morning he wakes up, gets dressed, eats, goes to the elevator, takes it down to the lobby, and leaves the building for work. In the evening, he goes through the lobby to the elevator, and, if there is someone else in the elevator (or if it was raining that day) he goes back to his floor directly. However, if there is nobody else in the elevator and it hasn't rained, he goes to the 10th floor and walks up two flights of stairs to his room.

Struggles Within and Peace

It's been a pretty hard week for me friends. My wonderful Peanut has shredded my last nerve and I'm on the brink of an emotional break down. Doesn't that sound like SO much fun?

To top that off a couple of my friends have had a disagreement and though neither one of them has pulled me in the middle I still feel like I'm there and all I can do is pray for both of them. One seems sincere in apology and the other, well, I don't know what's going in that great mind. They both need to respect each other's personal points of view and not let their differences get in the way of the big picture, but they're going to have to discover that for themselves. I am quite (except for this one time little blerb on my blog) and I continue to pray.

Then today, like a much needed respite, we recieved the word of PEACE. I'd link to the sermon but he hasn't got it posted yet, ahem. The gospel reading today was found in Mark 6:30-34, 53-56.

..."Come off by yourselves; let's take a break and get a little rest." For there was constant coming and going...

And the Epistle was Ephesians 2: 11-22

...Christ brought us together through his death on the cross. The Cross got us to embrace, and that was the end of the hostility. Christ came and preached peace to you outsiders and peace to us insiders. He treated us as equals, and so made us equals...

THEN I got home and was reading in this book I recently bought called Words to Live by for Women and seeing how I just came home from hearing a message on peace and rest I turned to peace. And here is a snippet of what I read:

Peace in the New Testament describes eirene- a demeanor and lifestyle of quietness, rest and contentment. Eirene includes the ability to trust God to help you cope with daily hassles and challenges...The confusion of life jangles your nerves and messes with your mind. Yet you need tests to prove your mettle, to learn how to face disorder unruffled. You'll develop spiritual spunk when you seek inner stillness in the center of chaos...you must spend time with him. Jesus faced plenty of enemies, yet epitomized peace. He got away from the crowds and communded alone with the Father...

God, you are my peace. Help me today to relaese each problem every duty, the cruch of so many to do and so little time to your capable care. Keep me focused on you. Amen.

Colossians 3:15 Let the peace of Christ keep you in tune with each other, in step with each other. None of this going off and doing your own thing. And cultivate thankfulness.

All Bible verses mentioned in this post are from The Message.

She's getting married!

All the country schools where I grew up, went from K-8th grade. After that the 10-15 students from the graduating class start going to the "big" Jr. High in Tahlequah. Ninth grade is when I met Haley. We had 4th hour Yearbook together and would talk to each other on occasions. She had her friends and I had mine. I'm pretty sure that was the year that my parents considered selling me to the traveling circus because I didn't have the best of friends who weren't the best of influences on me.

The summer before our tenth grade is when we really became friends. I remember being bored that summer and spent a lot of time going through the phone book trying to figure out if So-And-So was the daughter of Mike and Michelle or James and Karla. One day though I discovered Haley had her own phone line. We talked a lot that summer and even had a few sleep overs.

In 10th grade we had lunch together. And in 11th grade we had lunch together. And in 12th grade we had lunch together. I only remember having one more class with her throughout high school (but my memory isn't what it use to be), but before school, at lunch, afterschool, and weekends you would always find us together. Haley was my best friend. Haley and I went to all the home foot ball games and sat down front with our friends to yell for our team. I was the first person to let Haley drive. Being a few months older I got my license first and one weekend we took my mom's car out on the dirt road I lived on. Then I pulled over and told her to drive. I think she had fun that day. The only thing that really irritated me was the fact that she's so much prettier then I am. I almost hated it when boys called me because it wasn't because they liked me. Every single one of them tried to use me to get to her.

Haley and I both started out in college together and tried to take as many classes together as possible, but due to schedules and personal likes and dislikes only managed a couple, but we still had lunch together. Haley started dating Nick that year. He was still in high school but she really liked him and I liked that he didn't use to me to get to her. Throughout the next year and half we drifted like friends do in and out of each others lives. While she was busy getting to know Nick and hanging out with him and his friends I was getting to know new people and hanging out with old friends, but we never lost touch.

In May of 1998 the clothing store I was working at closed it's doors. The owner from the flower shop a couple doors down came and offered me a job just a day after I had taken a job at the dealership. Even though I really wanted to work in the flower shop I new I couldn't quit a job I hadn't even started (or as I really like to think, fate stepped in). The owner of the flower shop respected me for that and asked if I knew anyone who was looking for a job. I immediately thought of Haley. The owner thanked me and left. Haley started working there about a week later.

About a year later I walked down the aisle to marry my Nick (and funny enough we only got confused once when talking on the phone about our Nicks). Haley was my only bride's maid. She was the only one that I considered close enough to stand up for me that day. Not long after the I-Do's I moved across the state and after nine long months Peanut came along too. At first I was really disappointed that no one, not even Haley came all the way out to see me but the weekend of Peanut's first birthday there she and her Nick were.

Our lives have taken us down different paths but one thing remains the same. Haley is my best friend and always will be. A few weeks ago she called me up and told me that after nine years she's finally ready to marry that Nick of hers. The wedding's in October! I can't wait. I, of course, get to stand up with her on her big day.

Congratulations Haley!

Even Though

Over a quarter of a century ago I was born in a quite little community outside of Tahlequah. I had everything I needed, even though I wanted more. There was always food on the table, even though I didn't always like it. I had a good education, even though I hated homework. And there were clothes on my back, even though my mom made a lot of them.

Growing up I was a very shy little girl who loved to help other people, even though I didn't want to clean my room. I hardly talked to anyone, even though I wanted to. I stood up for myself for the first time in the seventh grade, even though I was scared to death and my hands shook the whole time.

Not long after turning 21 Peanut was born to Nickel and I, even though I had loved her long before that. I love her so much, even though she makes me mad. I sit and I cry tonight, even though the battle is over and I won. My heart breaks and I'm scared to death, even though I know she was created with her stubborn strong will for a reason. I sit and I worry, even though I know better.

I sit and I blog at 11:30 on Sunday night, even though I know I won't want to get up in the morning and go to work.

Then I pray, even though that's where I should have started.

Habakkuk 3:16-18 (NLT)I trembled inside when I heard all this; my lips quivered with fear. My legs gave way beneath me, and I shook in terror. I will wait quietly for the coming day when disaster will strike the people who invade us. Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vine; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the LORD! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation.

A little sigh of relief

Oh, I feel like I can breathe now! I haven't had a weekend to lay around the house in over a month! In the last five weeks I've had three weddings, five days at an out of state youth church camp, and a four day mini-vacation to my parents' house where I saw all the important friends from my childhood and met the Joe family. To say I've been busy has been an understatement.

But, shhhhhhh... come a little closer I'll tell you a secret....

I'm planning on spending next Saturday in my pajamas--the whole day!

SHhhh!!! Girls, no squealing! Someone might hear you and think I can help them with whatever project they've got going on!

That's my plan anyway. I've done it before and let me tell you it is absolutely wonderful! I'm going to do my grocery shopping sometime during the week so I'll have plenty of low-fat and low-cal snacks if I feel inclined and the kids'll have food too and hopefully they won't expect me to fix it-well, I can pop something in the microwave, but turn the oven on, NO WAY!
I only have two weddings left and they're both in September. The first one, I'm expecting, will be easy. They've been impressed by everything I've told them so far. The second one, I can't feel how it's going to go yet. She's on top of things and comes in to ask questions which is good, I feel like she'll be prepared, but I just don't know how it'll play out. For those of you wondering, I did turn in my resignation. I agreed to do the last three weddings I had booked for the year (one of them was tonight and if every wedding went as well as that one I would be more inclined to stick around longer). The pastor respected me didn't try to talk me into staying. He's not sure exactly what he'll do, besides pray. I too will be doing the same and I expect the Lord will show both of us what He wants us to do.
I don't know what next year will hold. We have three weddings booked for next year, but there will be a seven month intermission (at least so far) between the last wedding of this year and the first one of next year. After seven months I might be willing to forget the bad things of this year and at least do those three. We'll see. I still love weddings. I think each one is magical and perfect even with all it's goofs.
But one thing is for sure. Next weekend I will NOT be thinking about any wedding, except my best friend from high school's wedding that's coming up in October. She's been dating the guy for 9 years and has finally consented that marriage wouldn't be a BAD thing. She still doesn't want any kids though! LOL! I am, as you have probably guess, in the wedding as a bride's maid (which I think is pretty funny because both of the bride's maids are married!). I don't know if I'll be first or second, it doesn't really matter to me, I'm just excited to see my dear friends making this life long commitment. Here in a couple of weeks I'll be going back to Tahlequah to get my dress. The place we're getting the dress from is very cool. They are going to order in two sizes of the same dress and sell me which ever one fits. I'm sure this is no big deal to them, but seeing how it takes me about 3 hours to drive to my hometown, it's a big deal to me! I'll bring the dress home and have it altered to fit me, but I think I'll wait until about two weeks before the wedding since I'm still loosing weight! (Thanks God!)
Ok, this post is WAY longer then I intended it to be when I sat down tonight. Who knew I really had THIS much to say. Anyway, good night all!

Helpful Stuff

I got this email today from an old friend. I thought it was quite intersting and then I thought there is probably someone out there in blogger world that needs to know this stuff so I'm going to share. Aren't I nice? Tell me if you've tried any or are going to try any out! My own personal comments are in red.

1. Budweiser beer conditions the hair. (I wonder if this works for all beer, or just Bud-Weis-Er?)
2. Pam cooking spray will dry finger nail polish (Who had the bright idea to try putting cooking spray on their wet nail polish?)
3. Cool whip will condition your hair in 15 minutes (Who has left over cool whip?)
4. Mayonnaise will KILL LICE, it will also condition your hair (So which were they actually trying to do first?)
5. Elmer's Glue - paint on your face, allow it to dry, peel off and see the dead skin and blackheads if any (Ok, this makes a little bit of sense to me, but I am from Oklahoma)
6. Shiny Hair - use brewed Lipton Tea (will this only work on brunettes or does it not stain blonde hair like it does my plastic cups?)
7. Sunburn - empty a large size Nestea into your bath water (dang, I should've known this last week when I had a sunburn!)
8. Minor burn - Colgate or Crest toothpaste (what the heck?)
9. Burn your tongue? Put sugar on it! (Oh yeah!)
10. Arthritis WD-40 Spray and rub in, kill insect stings too (very intersting...)
11. Bee stings - meat tenderizer (um, ok. I've always just used baking soda, but whatever)
12. Chigger bite - Preparation H (do other places have chiggers or just Oklahoma?)
13. Puffy eyes - Preparation H (I saw that in that one movie that one time)
14. Paper cut - crazy glue or Chap Stick (glue is used instead of sutures at most hospitals) (chap Stick? whoda?)
15. Stinky feet - Jello! (do you just stick the stinky feet in the bowl of jello? Yeah, I'm sure that'd cover up the smell but what happens when you take your feet out?)
16. Athletes feet - cornstarch
17. Fungus on toenails or fingernails - Vicks vapor rub
18. Kool aid to clean dishwasher pipes. Just put in the detergent section and run a cycle, it will also clean a toilet. (Wow, and we drink this stuff)
19. Kool Aid can be used as a dye in paint also Kool Aid in Dannon plain yogurt as a finger paint, your kids will love it and it won't hurt them if they eat it! (is there anything you can't do with Kool Aid?)
20. Peanut butter - will get scratches out of CD's! Wipe off with a coffee filter paper (I think I've heard of this before)
21. Sticking bicycle chain - Pam no-stick cooking spray (Of course! Cake pan... bicycle chain what's the difference)
22. Pam will also remove paint, and grease from your hands!? Keep a can in your garage for your hubby (If Pam can dry fingernail polish how can it remove paint? Can it really do both?)
23. Peanut butter will remove ink from the face of dolls (I might actually have to try this)
24. When the doll clothes are hard to put on, sprinkle with corn starch and watch them slide on 25. Heavy dandruff - pour on the vinegar! (You'll smell so bad no one will care if you have flakes or not! Actually I've used vinegar on my hair before for product buildup)
26. Body paint - Crisco mixed with food coloring. Heat the Crisco in the microwave, pour in to an empty film container and mix with the food color of your choice! (sounds intersting, let me know if you've tried it before.)
27. Tie Dye T-shirt - mix a solution of Kool Aid in a container, tie a rubber band around a section of the T-shirt and soak
28. Preserving a newspaper clipping - large bottle of club soda and cup of milk of magnesia, soak for 20 min. and let dry, will last for many years!
29. A Slinky will hold toast and CD's! (That's what I use my slinkies for!)
30. To keep goggles and glasses from fogging, coat with Colgate toothpaste (um, aren't they then hard to see out of?)
31. Wine stains, pour on the Morton salt and watch it absorb into the salt. (I've heard of this)
32. To remove wax - Take a paper towel and iron it over the wax stain, it will absorb into the towel. (I'll try this someday)
33. Remove labels off glassware etc. rub with Peanut butter! (and they'll taste good too!)
34. Baked on food - fill container with water, get a Bounce paper softener and the static from the Bounce towel will cause the baked on food to adhere to it.? Soak overnight. Also; you can use 2 Efferdent tablets, soak overnight! (I've actually heard of the the fabric softner thing before)
35. Crayon on the wall - Colgate toothpaste and brush it! (Oh, I've used this!)
36. Dirty grout - Listerine (and you'll leave your bathroom smelling minty fresh!)
37. Stains on clothes - Colgate (sure, why not, works on the walls)
38. Grass stains - Karo Syrup
39. Grease Stains - Coca Cola, it will also remove grease stains from the driveway overnight. We know it will take corrosion from car batteries!
40. Fleas in your carpet 20 Mule Team Borax- sprinkle and let stand for 24 hours.
41. To keep FRESH FLOWERS longer Add a little Clorox, or 2 Bayer aspirin, or just use 7-up instead of water. (now you know!)
42. When you go to buy bread in the grocery store, have you ever wondered which is the freshest, so you "squeeze" for freshness or softness Did you know that bread is delivered fresh to the stores five days a week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each day has a different color twist tie. They are: Monday = Blue, Tuesday = Green, Thursday = Red Friday = White and Saturday = Yellow. So if today was Thursday, you would want red twist tie; not white which is Fridays (almost a week old)! The colors go alphabetically by color Blue- Green - Red - White - Yellow, Monday through Saturday. (I thought this was interesting.)

We Have Pictures

Ok, my camera magically appeared on my dining room table sometime Saturday (thanks to some very nice fairies that brought it to me as they were passing through Enid). So here are a couple of the pictures I took weekend before last.

This one turned out a little dark, but if you look closely you can see Peanut and her Nana walking down the dirt road I grew up on. If you don't know, those shadowy things overhead, they're called trees.

What's a Peanut to do when she's visiting Nana? Climb a tree of course! This Red Bud tree was just a baby when I was little. It's branches would've broken if I had tried to climb it 20 years ago, but now all the grandkids love playing in that tree.

Here's the famous meeting of the minds. Peanut and I met with Aunt Josephina, Cassie Jo, Uncle Joe, and Carly Jo at Sam and Ella's pizza place. Read the whole cool story here.

Well, there you go.

Turning in my resignation

I'm really struggling today, friends. Today is suppose to be a happy day when a young man and the woman of his dreams come together and say heart-felt vows to each other. But today I'm considering what would happen if I just told them what spoiled little brat they and their wedding entourage are being. Two days ago they come to me and ask if they can use the church's printer and folder for their programs (they'll pay of course--but I haven't seen any money yet). They brought the paper to me and the printer wasn't working right so they left it for me to do. No, please call us when the printer is done. Nope, instead they say, here you go. I'm expected to smile and nod. I don't think I would've minded so much if they had brought it to me at least a week before. This week was a short work week. I only had two days to do my normal weekly stuff, end of month stuff, and beginning of month stuff to do. Guess what I actually got done this week. Half of a normal work week, the beginning of month stuff, and less then half of end of the month stuff. Oh well, nothing I can do about it now. Then Friday they actually had several people show up to help decorate and they actually did most of it. The bridesmaids like barking orders at me though. I don't really like that. There's on in particular that I'd like to take into the dressing room (that needs a key to get in or out) and tell her what a snot she's being and what my job does NOT entail!

I try to be flexible. This is their wedding and not mine. But when they push me out of my comfort zone the hairs on my back start sticking straight up!

So today I sent my boss, the pastor, an email. I told him we needed to talk about my request to resign and gave him reasons like: it takes time away from my family (which it does, I spend about three hours after work at the church for rehearsal and all day Saturday no matter what time the wedding is sometimes this works out to about $10 an hour, but lately it's only been about $7 and that's not worth my entire weekend), people call the previous wedding coordinators Unreasonable Control-Freaks and I really don't want to join that list, and people, both member and non-members, don't respect my authority (I tell people the reception area is close from 12-5 so what do they do? They call someone else to get their way. What am I suppose to do if E will let them in and not even bother to call me and tell me what's going on?).

I'm a little sad and I'm torn emotionally. I try to have a servant heart and I think how people walked all over Christ and made unreasonable demands from Him, but He was still gracious. I stuggle with showing people grace when they treat me like a dog. I guess that's the human response and since Christ was fully human AND fully God, which I obviously am not, He was able to rise above the human-ness and show grace.

So there it is. Got anything to say about it?

The Story Must Go On!

Well, it looks like I'm going to have to tell you this story without any pictures. Darn. They were really good pictures. Maybe when I get my camera back I'll throw them up. I can't even update my other blog 101bloggers without pictures. Oh well. Here goes.

Saturday night at the appointed time Peanut and I arrived at Sam and Ella's to devour most delicious pizza. We only had to wait a couple of minutes before friends starting arriving. I was a little nervous that I wouldn't recognize them, but of course when I saw them outside I knew them right away. There was Aunt Josephina, Uncle Joe(I mean Bat Man), Carly Jo, and Cassie Jo (who, like Peanut, doesn't have her own blog-yet).

Peanut and Cassie Jo got a long like two peas in a pod. They're the same age and both like to dance and play. Peanut had brought a little car with her so they sent the car flying across the restaurant several times. They both were pushing the line to see how far they could push their mammas. But their mammas were having too much fun laughing and telling stories that we didn't pay them much attention (kidding). We ate the best pizza and talked about everything under the sun like blogging, comics, movies, moving, summer stuff, and whatever else we thought of. I even got to know their real names!

After we finished stuffing our faces with as much pizza as we could eat we went and sat outside for a little while. Peanut and Cassie Jo played in my car. Luckily I had the keys. I asked a random stranger to take a picture of the 6 of us which turned out great. Too bad you can't see it. After the girls started playing in the street we decided to go to the park.

The park was an interesting place to be Saturday night. There were a few other people there to play and some parents of four of the kids were playing Who-Can-Leave-The-Best-Hicky game instead of watching their kids. I don't know which one of them won, but I know the kid walking around in just a droopy diaper and his sisters lost. After making out for about forty five minutes they finally decided it was time to leave. They spent two minutes playing with the kids and then left. The girls and I played in the branch (for those of you who do not know, a branch is "4. A tributary of a river. Chiefly Southern U.S. See creek. See Regional Note at run. A divergent section of a river, especially near the mouth.").

After visiting for about three and a half hours we finally parted ways and headed toward our homes. It was so much fun. I hope to be able to hang out with them again soon!

The Moment You've All Been Waiting For

Ok, I was being a little coy with you yesterday not telling you what a wonderful day I had last Saturday. The truth is, I left my camera in Tulsa yesterday and didn't know until this morning that it was safe and sound. My wonderful sister-in-law found it and rescued it. We're trying to decide if it's safe mailing to me or if we should just wait and see if I come to Tulsa or my mother-in-law (who lives close to my sister-in-law) comes to Enid first. I wanted to put up the pictures I took Saturday because a story isn't a good story without pictures, you know. But since it might be a few weeks I'll just go ahead and tell you.

I got to eat at Sam and Ella's!

Oh, wait, that doesn't read very impressive, does it? Well, say the name out loud

Sam and Ella's. (a little article in Southern Living mentioning it!)

Funny, isn't it! It's this great little pizza place near the college in Tahlequah. Ok, but if you're thinking that's not the highlight of my weekend then you're right.

Ding ding ding! Hang that blogger a prize!

Well, I'll tell you more about my trip to Sam and Ella's tomorrow after the shock of the name has worn off a little bit.

Almost a perfect weekend

I had a great 4 day weekend! There's so much to tell you that I'll have to break it up into a couple of post because otherwise it'll be three-thousand lines long and I'll loose you about half way!

Friday afternoon Peanut and I headed east. I'm originally from Tahlequah, Oklahoma which takes about three and a half hours if you drive straight through, which I never do. Our first stop was in Tulsa to see my friend Joanie and her little boy. He's a year old and was born with some kind of heart condition that causes his bad blood to mix with his good blood and then it gets pumped back out into his body. This was his second heart surgery, poor little guy! He's got the face of an angel though!

After spending a few minutes with her Peanut and I continued our trip east arriving at my mom and dad's just in time for supper! We had a nice quite evening just the four of us. Peanut climbed in a tree then she, my mom, and I took a walk. I took this great picture of them walking down the dirt road, but you'll just have to picture it in your mind because I left my camera in Tulsa (dang it!). When I get my camera back I'll download the pictures and post them.

Saturday was a great day, but I'm bushed from all the driving I did today so I'll have to tell you that story tomorrow. Have a good night, ya'll!

****NEWS ALERT****

I interupt this holiday weekend to report to you this very important message.

Today I was in Walmart and I saw, are you ready for this?

Maybe I should wait just a second so you can prepare yourselves. Are you sitting down? You really need to sit down.

Ok, now that you are sitting do you have a beverage in your hand? If so, put it down. You don't want to have a carbonated beverage spewing out of your nose when you read this. Because that would hurt!

Ok. Anything else? Screaming children should be attended to before reading any further because you'll want to read this.

Here's the news you've been waiting for.

I saw--

Hulk Hogan!

Well, perhaps it was just a Hulk Hogan wanna be. The saddest part about it is the fact that I recognized him as this once normal boy I went to school with. I'm not kidding you. He's always had really light blonde hair, but today he had a long mustash to match and was wearing some sort of redneck hat. I wish I would've hat my wits about me and taken a picture for you guys! I'll probably never see him again. Oh well, once in a life time is enough. I wouldn' t have even recognized him as someone I potentionally knew except for the fact that he was standing next to a boy I did recognize.

Ok, you can go back to your holiday weekend. Have a safe on!
